We partnered closely with the Abstract Ventures team to produce their annual meeting at The Battery, welcoming CEOs, LPs, and investors for a highly curated, elevated experience. With a setting that already carried strong character, our approach focused on thoughtful refinement—ensuring every detail felt intentional and seamlessly integrated.

From the flow of the program to the cadence of the day, every element was carefully considered. Culinary moments—including food, cocktails, and light bites—were designed to complement the experience while maintaining a natural, effortless rhythm throughout the event. Our design direction worked in harmony with the venue, enhancing rather than competing with its aesthetic; even the florals were inspired by the existing wallpaper, creating a cohesive and layered visual story.

Acting as a true extension of the Abstract team, we collaborated closely to bring their vision to life with precision and care—resulting in a polished, seamless event that felt both elevated and deeply considered from start to finish.
