For the past five years, we’ve partnered with Toyota to produce their highly anticipated annual holiday celebration — an event employees look forward to all year long. Each year, we reimagine the experience, alternating between elevated adults-only evenings and family-friendly celebrations, with guest counts ranging from 170 to nearly 300 attendees.

Hosted at The GlassHouse, this year’s Future Forward theme brought a high-energy, immersive atmosphere to life through bold lighting, dynamic entertainment, and a sleek, modern aesthetic. From long, dramatic dining installations to a packed dance floor and interactive moments throughout the night, every detail was thoughtfully designed to reflect Toyota’s innovative spirit while creating an unforgettable experience for their team.
