Episcopal Day of st. matthew Fall Festival (Non-Profit Work)|san mateo, CA

As co-chair of the Episcopal Day School of St. Matthew Fall Festival, this event reflects a long-standing commitment to community-based, large-scale event production outside of C+W Events.

Over five consecutive years that we helped organized this event, the festival welcomed 600–700 attendees annually and required thoughtful coordination across school leadership, parent volunteers, and a wide range of vendors. The event featured large-scale rides, food and dessert vendors, and an extensive lineup of games and activities designed to create an engaging, family-friendly experience.

A key focus was building structure within a volunteer-led environment. A comprehensive playbook and operational system were developed to ensure continuity and ease of execution year after year. Additional considerations included navigating school administration, aligning with non-profit budget constraints, and managing multiple stakeholder priorities.

This work demonstrates the ability to lead complex, high-volume events while creating systems that support long-term sustainability—bringing the same level of strategy and execution to both client and community-driven work.
