time to take care of all the details that go into planning a successful event. We take care of

everything from A to Z. All you need to do is make decisions from choices we provide for you. If you do not want to make decisions, that’s OK too. We’ve got you covered.

Event Planning

​

• Event Planning and Budgeting - managing the overall project timeline and maintaining the budget 

• Vendor Recommendation and Coordination - booking/managing vendors and communicating the details of the party to them to ensure confirmation of schedule and timeline

• On-site Coordination and Supervision - working with all vendors including the venue, entertainers, caterers, photographer on their set up and schedule fulfillment

• Venue Search and Consultation - full venue search and conducting site visit(s) and determine fit for event

• Timeline Execution - developing a detailed day-of schedule, including all of thevendors, to execute event in an organized way

• Coordination of Rentals - overseeing rentals such as: tents, linens, tables, chairs, heaters, flooring, draping etc.

• Event Setup and Breakdown - supervising all aspects of the setup and breakdown of the event

• Event Styling - assisting in engineering and executing the design that optimizes flow and client’s vision for the event

• Decor - managing design and coordination of the backdrop, flowers, signage etc.

• Desserts - sourcing all the desserts and overseeing the design of desserts to make sure that it’s cohesive with the style/theme of the event
